This technique serves as a First Aid tool that can be practiced by anyone, but it is important to note that it is not intended to replace professional assistance.
Tapping techniques like TTT are part of a larger field known as Energy Psychology, which encompasses modalities such as Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT). TTT specifically focuses on providing efficient and scalable non-verbal First Aid.
